Whats bad about Hamachi?
Why do so many people hate MC servers with Hamachi?

They have to download something new to play it, which their parents may not allow.

Nothing really.
Many people will tell you it is very insecure, but as long as you have your computer's security settings set right (like they should be in the first place!), you shouldn't worry about it.
I think that the main reason people don't like Hamachi MC servers is needing to have Hamachi.
