It looks like the maintenance has passed. This topic should be closed.

That's the time zone in New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, most of the east coast (EST). UTC is Universal Coordinated Time, and if you subtract five hours from the UTC time, you will get the EST time.
Usually we don't call it UTC, we call it GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Greenwich is a city in the UK which is located on the Prime Meridian.
GMT-5 and UTC-5 are the same thing. (I think)
