I recieved a comment from stevetheipad saying if I wanted to become a SDS curator, I should go here. So seeing as I'm hoping to become a curator, heres my Scratching time in a nutshell:
I started in January 2010, I didn't make much and rarely commented. My views were around 5 or so. Then I remixed projects (add things) for a few months before making games. Once I started making them, my amount of views and comments rose a little, and I started to have a more closer look at others projects, favourite and love them as well as comment more than usual. I started getting a little more well-known (for a good reason). And then we come to here, I still make games and I'm always respectful towards the community, I go on the forums (TBG too) daily and I'm respectful there too. I have never taken someones project or music without credit, at least if I know who it was made by. I get around 10-100 views in their first 5 days and a handful of comments as well. I have made lots of friends and I haven't been hacked or treated disrespectfully since I started. I think I would make a great SDS curator as I'm always active on the website and ready.

I'd love to become a Scratch Design Studio curator!
Here are the reasons why I think I'd do a good job at it:
- I'm active every day.
- I'm helpful in all areas of the site.
- I love looking at other people's project.
- I may have only joined about two months ago, but I've been viewing the forums for over six months, I just didn't sign up 'til recently.
- I'm very mature, and can handle big responsibilities.

Nope. Why?
When you told rab that you saw his submission, what submission were you talking about?

I may have joined not so long ago but i give helpful advice, already run a life simulation collab and I am helpful to the community.
I am mature, and know a good project when I see one. I look out for the GOOD projects, not all the `Nyan Cat ROCKS!` or `Ninjas are pwnsome!` type projects, the good one. (Plus, I am very VERY active. Infact, addicted to scratch)

Hi, I'm plb36 and I would like to become an SDS curator because I am very active on scratch, usually my dad has to ask me to get off after I'm on for like, 2+ hours.
I would be a good curator because, although I am somewhat new, I have a lot of experience from looking at other peoples projects and my own. I always try to leave helpful comments and if you look at my projects, I have made many helpful replies to people's questions.
I guess I'm kindof rambling on now, so I'm going to wrap it up. I would be a good curator, basically, because I am very dedicated to it and would perform it to the absolutely best of my ability.
Thanks!! ~plb36

aHi folks, I'd like to offer my help as a curator
Just in case it helps, I'll say something about me. I am an active Scratcher since 2009, and visit the forums every day (when possible). I've participated in more than a few SDS galleries before, they're really quite interesting and creative!
I just would like to help out with this whole curating thing because, well, just as a contribution to Scratch!
Just beware I might not have internet for Christmas.

I knew that

Yeah, and we want someone who understands how SDS works.
Added something to the first post explaining that.

I know that
My application is about helping people who aren't eligible to become eligible, and giving tips on the project so they can learn how to do things better.

I also understand how curating works. I always study stevetheipads' replies to the project links in the SDS galleries, and how you may want to add the best projects, but sometimes they're ones that do not.
For example:
1s1s SDS gallery:
Scratcher- YO U LIKE? (Link to Project)
Ends up being an epic car game, but it played music so it was 1 sprite 2 script.
angelica101- Sorry, but I can't add this. It's awesome, I'd love to add it but it's 1s2s. Sorry!
So now you know I can follow the SDS Curator's code.

I would like to be an SDS curator. I would have lots of good ideas for new themes that we could use. I have helped out in the community a lot by reporting posts and topics I see bad and try to help new members out by answering questions.
I feel weird typing this...

Can I help be a curator? I'm on scratch every day and I like SDS, I think it would be fun. I never have had a Scratch moderating position before and I want this to be experience. I like to help out on scratch, going to the Newest Projects page and putting construcive criticizm and " SCRATCH ON!" at the end.

I would like to be an SDS curator! I'm pretty active and I like helping other scratchers. I try and offer constructive criticism and I can see the good in simple projects. I'm pretty familiar with how the SDS works and I would love to help keep it running.

I am interested.
I am active, enjoy leaving constructive criticism, and would like something to do other than post in misc, waiting for Scratch 2.0 to come out. I would love this opportunity.
Thanks,
Dinoclor

It may be the word "curator". I had addessed that I would choose any "follows the guidelines and isn't scarring children for life" projects that fit the actual theme. Also, I wouldn't count a cat saying "Hello" as 1s1s.

I would love to be a curator! I have been on scratch for a little over a year now and I have helped in many ways, I am a writer for the Wiki, I am a collab owner and I try to help people as often as I can. I would love to be curator

Well, I would like to be curator. I am experienced in telling what is appropriate. I try to turn anything into a good thing, which helps everyone, so I help scratch with my upbeat epersonaloty. I like viewing the SDS, and have always wanted to be the curator.
