If you notice, there is a link under the registration date called "Posts" and you can click that to see the persons posts.

Some people (me included) view the website regularly without an account, and only sign up later.

Why would people who havent signed up look at Miscellaneous?

I dunno, maybe they didn't. I mostly looked at All About Scratch so I could find some tips and stuff.
