Y U No Snow?????

In my area, there should be about a foot or so of snow. But all the weather's doing is raining then frosting. I mean, it snowed in October, why not now?

We only get snow once every... about 50 years. xD And even then, it's not enough so that you can see it on the ground. -sigh- The only time I ever saw snow was when I was about 5, and it was barely enough for me to see. Oh well. xD
