Go to the sounds tab, (next to the costume tab) and select import (if you want to get music from a file) or record (if you have a microphone and want to record your own sound). Then go back to the scripts tab, and inside of the sound category (the pink one) use the "play sound" block, and click the black arrow to select the name of the sound that you just got. Double-click on the block to hear the sound.

Or, maybe you havnt converted it to a "wave" file. You can find the programs on Google just by typeing in, "How to convert music to a wave file". You shall find it easy after that step.
