Hi! Citrus Systems is a fun collab company for every Scratcher. Citrus Systems is focused on working together to create advanced projects. Here are the jobs:
Head: [FULL=wolvesstar97] The head of Citrus Systems looks over the entire production. It manages the entries to Citrus Systems.
Manager: [hiring] The manager is working on controlling the individual groups. You can only be the manager for a group. There are 5 managers.
Workers: [hiring] Workers provide most of the media and scripts. (note: everybody needs to provide media and scripts, not just workers) They have 5 groups:
Sound:
Sound department (of course) provides sounds. They usually need to have an audio editing program (Audacity, Adobe, etc.) and have to have a large sound library.
Sprites:
The sprite department provides the costumes for animations. They are usually required to have GIMP or something similar. (if you dont have gimp its okay.)
Scripts:
The scripts department creates the scripts for the programs. They need to have at least 3 project examples of advanced scripts and must have the latest version of Scratch.
Research:
The research department comes up with ideas for projects by looking through the Project Ideas forum, finds advanced scripts by looking on the Wiki, and must know a lot about Scratch.
Reveiw:
The reveiw department has the important job of overviewing the projects to make sure they work, are spectacular, work in Java, Flash and Download (3-D renderings excluded, only needs to work in Turbo Flash) and are appropriate.
To make sure you read this, type what your favorite forum is.

What kind of project is this collab going to make? I might join depending on what you're making.

We are making an OS, SparkSystem

I may join. I'm trying to elevate myself from that scratcher who asks things on forums to the one answering these things, and scripting could be good practice. I'm working on an OS myself, so I won't be able to give you any ideas there. Sorry.
I've got a few questions, though.
They are: Do you have a beta/alpha of the OS? How often will I have to check the forums? How much time will I get to complete the scripting? How often will you check the forums? How will I get credit in the completed projects?
Here are my 3 projects. They all incorporate some version of advanced scripting.
FootNote. This is the Word Processor for my OS. As you can tell from the project notes, it's still in its infancy. It deals mainly with lists, broadcasts, and variables. It has given me a good amount of experience with lists.
Freedom On The Water. This is a game I made. It involves velocities, and, (my favorite feature) how to pause motion. This has given me experience with motion, and a little bit of sound, although sound is still something I'm not that good at.
TransfixOS. This is the OS I mentioned. It deals with multiple accounts, which was not easy to accomplish. It has given me lots of experience with saving information.

I'll do it. Although I can't do really advanced scripting, I could do sprites and provide the sort of filler scripts that no one wants to do (like, make something hide and then you have to copy that script over to a bunch of sprites and change the x and y values). I also made an OS in the form of Dew OS, although it's not done.

We are making an 0S series. (An 0S is a project with apps inside, consisting of music, help, games and more.)
