I tried fictionpress.com, but in all honesty, even though it makes me look like sort of a jerk, I had a laugh at some of the stuff on there; it was just terrible
Figment is full of wannabe novelists with bad grammar
You could make your own but if you want a community that's already there
Use StoryNetwork (storynetwork.freeforums.org)
It's small and it's Scratch user-based
