Yeah, sometimes E-mail...
I got a spam message on Gmail yesterday. It was just cussing at me and random letters, and the scary maze face zoomed in. xD

Isn't spam generally just oversaying something?

No... Did you read this topic?

Yes, it could be that, but it is generally posting stuff unrelated to the topic.
For example: A topic about Minecraft
Somebody writes: I LIKE PIE!
If you were wondering, "Bump" isn't spam. It's a way of getting a topic to the top of the front page.

This is very good. I made a few things, but about how to get promoted to a Scratcher sooner.

Man, how I HATE seeing that alone in a comment! Anyway, good job here.

A couple of comments about this topic:
1. At the top you have "you can only get spam in email". I think you should take the "only" out since you can clearly get spam in other places...like the Forums or other places on Scratch...otherwise, why have a topic on it here?
2. Bumping can be spam if it's done too frequently. Bumping should not take place more than once or twice a day. Let me try a different definition of spam: Spam is where somebody is trying to get your attention for their own purposes and is doing it in an annoying fashion.
3. You can (and should) delete your own old bumps from your topics. They don't add any new information and get in the way of reading the informative posts.
Thanks for the helpful topic and your attention to improving it
