Literally.
I cannot believe my brother!
So he's currently in Kenya, still working for an NGO that is working to determine the most efficient way to distribute clean water and hygiene. Anyway, he's not coming back for Christmas but he did call with some options for what he could do:
1) Go to Paris.
2) Go to the coast.
3) Climb Mount Kenya.
4) Stay in Busia.
And those were just the four he told us...yesterday, he called again with two new things to tell us:
1) He's going scuba diving in the Indian Ocean with whale sharks!
2) He got accepted into WASHU med school!
He's a ridiculously smart guy, he got PERFECT SCORES on the ACT and SAT and got a 42 on the MCAT, probably the highest grade of the century. To put that in perspective, my dad is one of the top family practice doctors in the country and has been a doctor for almost 20 years. He retook it and got (I think) a 38 which is still an insane score.
Discuss (if you want) my bro or other people you know who just blow you away with their amazingness.

My dad has been talking about this economic downturn we are stuck in since 2001. He knew it was going to happen, but no one would listen... If people did, maybe we wouldn't be in such a mess in Ireland.

In America a bunch of people knew this was going to happen, but the government was pretty much too lazy to do anything about it. Greece was trying to give us advice, too!

Is the UK in a deeper recession than the US?

My brother is a top ranking SSBB player, one of the best in his state. He's also a grandmaster nerd in topics ranging from Zelda theory to Tolkien Lore.

I'm not sure, all I know is that we're in deep trouble.

I talked with a lady that did the same thing as your brother is doing in Kenya. Also, I think there are smarter people than your brother too People alwalys over exadurate.
I'm not saying there aren't, I'm just saying he is ridiculously smart...he also got offered a full ride scholarship to the University of Chicago earlier this week...that's not something that happens to average people. I'm not saying he's the smartest person alive, I'm just saying, he's the smartest person I know.
