I don't know. The people who would be deciding the blacklist of names would be THE MAN

And THE MAN's got to be as politically correct as possible

I've been told something like the doctor might refuse to authenticate a birth certificate if they're trying to name their kid something too weird but I haven't gotten that confirmed

I also read giving a kid a completely ridiculing name might actually qualify as child abuse but that hasn't been confirmed either

Also about people being jailed for naming their kid Hitler;; Hitler was actually a pretty popular last name. Sort of sucks if they meant it to honor someone else I guess
