games like fire emblem

im making a fire emblem game (a war game set in the medieval times where soldiers move around on a grid) and its difficult can someone tell of or send me a link for a game with a similar playing style?

Sorry, I don't know what Fire Emblem gameplay is really like  hmm  But I'm sure someone will know... But why can't you just take a trial and error aproach to this if you think it's a bit hard  wink
