Why would you give a Christmas prezzie to a Jew?

Give her a gift, but say, "I know you don't celebrate Christmas, but when I saw this I thought of you and got it."

Don’t give anyone who is Jewish a Christmas present.

You should say “Here’s a late Hanukah gift!” or “I know you’re not Christian, but I decided to get you a Christmas present anyways!”

It’s a present, I doubt that he/she will be offended.

I don't like people who are mean to Jewish people or think of them as completely different kinds of people.

You should give this person a present. Religion never matters.

Christmas is only celebrated by Christians.

Jewish people are not Christian.

Jewish people do not celebrate Christmas.

Not to offend any Germans, but Jewish people have had some bad experiences with Christians.

It could be offending to give a Jewish person a present that celebrates a Christian holiday.

World War II was nearly 70 years ago. *facepalm*. It's not like they are going to get mad if he/she gives them a present for a different holiday just because it happened at all. If they are a real friend, they won't care and they will actually be happy.

World War II was 66 years ago. *facepalm*. It's not like he/she is going to get offended if you givet him/her a present celebrating a holiday that is celebrated by people who killed 60 million of his/her kind just because put many of his/her ancestors in fear for their lives. If they are truly friends with you, he/she won't care, and he/she will actually be happy.

After correcting your grammar and facts, I would also like to add that just because 66 years went by DOES NOT mean that there has been forgiveness.

People who survived, and live to talk about it today are definitely not forgiving. Life isn’t actually the happy little world that most people like to believe that it is. It is full of hatred, and I can live with that.

[EDIT]: You also phrased it to seem as though Wickimen posted before me. He didn’t.

Re: HELP please

OK. Enough with the World War II thing. We are giving ideas to help designer45's dilemma, not fixing grammar and discussing the terrible World War II.
Give your Jewish friend a gift.
I celebrate Hanukkah, and I'm PRETTY sure you get gifts on it, even though Purim is the Jewish holiday for gift-giving (Even though I celebrate Hanukkah, my family doesn't do the gift-giving thing, we only do that on Christmas because my Mom is Jewish and my Dad is Christian, and my parents decided to raise my siblings and I as Christians).
Just say, "Here is a gift for Hanukkah," to him/her.

Re: HELP please

Nobody said anything about Hitler or WWII or anything like that, if someone gave me a present for something I didn't celebrate I wouldn't really know what to do, if I take and don't give it looks like I'm greedy, if I reject then that will create frustration, if I take and give then I might as well celebrate the holiday.

And JJ, nobody's categorizing anyone, they're just trying to be polite. They're not saying "I was thinking of giving a Jewish person a present, which ones have no small parts and won't hurt them when they chew on it?" they're asking if they should get a present for a Jewish person on Christmas, because if they don't they might feel left out, and if they do it might offend them.

Anyway, most Christians did nothing to Jews.  Don't stereotype.  And that grammar-policing was totally unneccessary.

Also, slinger said "almost 70" and apparently to henly 66 is nowhere near 70.

Honestly? Just ignore the typos. Nothing annoys me more than people not ignoring typos, except maybe this:
*NOCTOWL used Hypnosis!*
*NOCTOWL's attack missed!*
*The wild RAIKOU fled!*
After 20 minutes of racing around Johto trying to run into Raikou.
Or maybe AutoCorrect.

I'm not being mean or stereotypical. I'm just acknowledging that she does not celebrate Christmas. However, if I don't give her a present, I feel she will feel left out.  hmm
