I would be water, to go anywhere.
Or sound, to wreak havoc on the ears of people and be aware of what people say (usually this is what I do in real life)

I feel the need:
Energy=MASS x SPEED ^2
If Mass= 17 and Speed= 13
17 x 13 = 221
221^2= 48,841
Therefore, the energy is 48,841, is it not?
