If you don't know how to download and use the world or upload it here's how:
(This is how you would do it on Windows, since I assume you have that)

1. Go to your start menu and type into the search bar run.
2. Type %appdata% into run.
3. Open .minecraft.
4. Open a folder titles 'saves'
5. Drag the downloaded World into that folder.

As for uploading it...


1. Find the Downloaded save which you've edited. Right click and click compress (I think that's how you do it on windows- I have a mac)
2. Go onto some file uploading site like MediaFire and click 'upload file' or whatever.
3. Choose the save which you compressed.
4. Click 'done' or whatever it says. You can then link me to the download.
