How do we fix this?

We like our scratch game, but then this huge glitch popped up. When we try to walk, our sprite moves 20 steps instead of 3. We are looking for some helpful feedback. The link is above.

Nice game!
The solution is simply switching to the flash player. To the right side of the project there is something like "switch to flash player"
Click that and your problems should be fixed!

And the Flash Player is a lot less problematic than the Java one, I suggest you use it all the time.
