I was making World 2 in NSMB... SCRATCHED!, when the text disappeared. I had already uploaded the project. I went to immediately save it (as the topic says to do). When I pressed the save icon an saved it, it said "Save Failed: Is the Folder Read-Only?". Now I have an old version of my project saved instead of the finished one. Now I can't make updates!!! My finished version is lost!!!
I spent 2 whole hours working on it!!!

Ugh, I hate that dumb glitch. It gets so annoying when you have like 80 sprites...and I think I've had the "Save Failed" once before. I think it was because I saved it as the same name...

Two hours? No offense, but it's not something to be mad about.
Anyways, why don't you just download the project from scratch?

For some of us, two hours is a lot.

Use save as from the file menu.

Just because it may not be a long time for you, it certainly is for most other people, me included.
And I'd suggest just remembering to save regularly, so that if you do lose work unexpectedly, you won't lose two hours worth of it.

Arrrgghhh! I hate it when that happens! I was working on a big project, but because of the Text-Disappearing glitch, I lost my work that I had worked on for almost 2 weeks!! I wish that there was a way to fix/prevent this annoying glitch.

Go here for more help: [link= http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=24585] [/link]
But, the easiest and most effective way to make this glitch not as bad is to save after adding a new script.
