Click R in scratch?

I read in a forum that you could save by clivking the R inscratch and then clicking save image for end-user.  Then my project closed.  Can someone tell me how to get it after you click this?

Ehm, unfortunately the project does not save after using this method.

There is only one way to save a project, and that is going into the File menu and clicked "Save".

I'm sorry to say your project is lost.
