Won't let me open scratch

O.K so I was watching epic kick is epic and I got an Idea.I open scratch and no matter what I do it keeps on not responding.I closed the browser,and Closed scratch site.Please help:(;

Hm, there may be a problem with the file? Well it's never done it to me before. Try reinstalling, and see if that helps.

You should try restarting you computer first.
