Scratch

Is there an error message of some sort?  How far along the process do you get?

It sounds more like an installation problem, not a download problem. Perhaps something went wrong during the download process. Did you try deleting the old copy and downloading SCRATCH again?

You don't have to actually install it. You can run the files without installing. To do so, go to the download page and where it says:

Download Page wrote:

ScratchInstaller1.3.1.exe

Requires Windows 2000, XP, or Vista*

If you do not have admin permissions or if you have trouble with the installer, use this files only version: WinScratch1.3.1.zip

Click on the "WinScratch1.3.1.zip" at the end to download the files. You just need to extract to a folder (preferably on your desktop), and voila! However, it won't show up in the Start Menu or anything, you have to run it directly from the folder.
