Can't seem to even Download...
I looked, couldn't find any other threads like this, so I don't believe it's a duplicate. I haven't installed Scratch yet, but it won't let me. It says it can't display webpage, whenever I do it. I restarted, no luck. I'm on a pc, windows, and have tryed downloading every version for it, all the same result. Any tips?

Andres found a problem with the host server...the problem should be fixed now, try again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
