i click a project and the title picture shows up but does not play

1.i am new to scrach.i roll my ponter over the picture and it says "you need to update adobe flash"
2.I HAVE UPDATED IT TWO TIMES ALREADY.I GET THE SAME THING.



T.T pls help...............

try the Java player or download it, i'm not sure about Flash
