Before you start saying 'It's impossible', just hear me out.
I want to make a project that can read HTML, or some version specialized for this, and make a bunch of different websites that you can navigate to. Users will make HTML documents, store them in lists, and add the list to the project. It will receive a URL, and can then be accessed. If it got popular, we could have lots of sites for this internet. It might also require some form of javascript, to make pages interactive. I need programmers and website designers. allow me to make the first version, which will basically allow paragraphs, and possibly links.

Sorry, but this won't work. You can't put internet pages into lists and just have it display them. What about images? What about Flash, PHP, or any of those things? It's a good idea, though.
Not real html, just a simpler version. I am making an HTML interpreter. Not real websites.

Hyperlinks might not work, although I may just make a link graphic to click.

Very complex, so far. We will need to make an SDK for websites.

I already has this. Check out my test account here.
I'll make a guide to programming websites on there later
It can already print text and images.
