Need script for Windows Multitouch

I need a script that can sense windows multitouch native inputs. Any one know how?

Can't be done. Scratch has no I/O or external program support. For that, you need a Scratch Mod (not moderator, modification.  tongue ) like Panther. You could also use Stencyl, a simplified flash editor with a Scratch-inspired interface.
