is there any way to make the stage in scratch from a video to make it kind of look like a greenscreen? k thx

You mean use a .gif file? Sure! Just go on some kind of .gif website (like gifsoup.com) right-click the .gif you want "click save image as" then I think you can upload it to you stage in Scratch.

Sorry, the only "videos" you can do are stop-motion, but they can be as advanced as you want, as long as they don't pass the 10 megabyte limit. As mcpNOVA said, you can import .Gifs into Scratch.

You can't import a video directly to Scratch, but I think some software will convert the video file to an animated GIF file. Then you can import it!  wink
