Okay, so I'm learning HTML5. I'm trying to use an iframe so that my code will be more organized and spread across a few files, but nothing below the iframe tag is showing. And yes, I've tried adding excessive <br />'s after it. Is there some way to fix this, or is there a tag that will let me embed another HTML file into my main file? Tell me if you need the source code, and thanks!

Edit: Okay, here's my source code. This doesn't include the movie and audio (of course), so just find a random mp4 and mp3 video on your computer to copy.

Source code please! I had this same problem, but managed to fix it. It turned out that I had invalid syntax on my closing tag, and it didn't close the iframe.

iframe isn't HTML5.
End it with </iframe>.

You mean that it's not new in HTML5? I'm just learning HTML, and I figured 'hey, may as well go with this HTML5 that they're all raving about while I don't have the bad habits of 4.' It works, and I'm using the <!DOCTYPE html> of HTML5, so it's HTML5, evidently.

<iframe></iframe> is exactly the same as <iframe /> unless I'm missing something. I don't think I am. If someone could tell me what I'm missing, I'd be grateful.

It isn't an HTML5 specific element though, so the title of "<iframe> HTML5 Tag" is misleading.

You need to end iframe with </iframe>. Not necessary, but you should make sure things aren't outside of the body.
