First, get the image you want.
Second, go to tinypic.com and upload it.
Third, copy the text for Message Boards and Forums.
Fourth, come to the forums.
Fifth, click on Profile up at the top left, by Forums Home and Search.
Sixth, go to Personality.
Seventh, paste the text in the area provided.
Eighth, click submit/preview.
Ninth, check this post to see if it's there.

Actually, you missed something.
Create the image
Upload to a free hosting site
Right click image and select "Copy Image location"
Go to profile, then personality
Paste between these: [img][/img]
Hit submit
Make sure to use [img][/img]
