On thing to remember about these is to remember the number (#), and (&), and semicolon signs.
Also, you may see codes like © These do not work in scratch. You must use the number style.

I think so.
It's a guide to using special characters, which some New Scratchers (and apparently some Scratchers) don't know how to use.
