I think paint will have to be a downloadable app because mmww's new version is over 9mb. I'll have to make it a downloadable app. And you will have to somehow do positioning for it.

I almost want to quit this company. Why? Because I can't do anything in Scratch, and I am a terrible programmer and can't even program a paint app.

Your very good there is no need to quit, don't get discouraged smile You can always try something else like graphics or animation, find something your good at and enjoy smile never get down on yourself just because you can't do something, if you work at it you eventually get better. "If you have an off day, that means a good day is in store", that's a little quote my coach tells me when I'm not playing too good. Don't quit you are very valuable to Synthesis smile

P.S. And scratch does not have all the capabilities that people need so its not you, i run into problems too don't worry smile

Idea! Synthesis Systems should host a programming competition! Whoever can program the best app gets theirs featured in the Xbolt! Its a win-win scenario. We get an app, they get credit/publicity! What do you think?

This is a great idea, but im going to wait until I release the final version of xBolt and if it gets front paged it will bring more attention to the contest and more people will join.

There is plenty of people on scratch willing to help, you could ask a scratch team member or make a forum post, you can also do this (i sometimes do it) You can look at a project by a great scratcher and view their scripts and stuff to see how they make things work smile
