I consoder myself quite shy. Unless they're family or really close friends, I totally freak out talking to people :c I can never pluck up the courage to start a conversation, and when someone talks to me, I completely tense up and can't breathe properly, and without even realising I'm doing it I find an excuse to get away >.> I think it's cos of my mild Asperger's.

Have you ever considered that they're not Shy and are just quiet? Some people don't have a lot to say. Others just might not want to talk to you.

Im am extremely shy. I hate it so much. Im fine around my friends and everything but if someone i dont know that well talks to me I am extremely quiet and shy and my voice goes up about 10 octaves. I just lose the power of conversation. And use the minimal amount of words possible.. Like yeah and no ): I cant even ask that many questions in class because Im so shy. )':

Thats me. (minus the not breathing). I cant ask the person at the bakery for a cookie and I cant order at restraunts.
