I Shot Bambi. :O
Yes, I went hunting. Though, Bambi was a guy, I shot a doe.
And we are processing it so we can eat it.
Have you guys ever eaten deer meat or hunted it?

What do they taste like? I heard rabbit is kind of flavorless, but I've never heard of buffalo jerky (although they do have ground buffalo at my local supermarket).

Venison is pretty good. I'd say it's pretty close to beef.
