How did you find out about Scratch?
I found out about it through computer lessons at school!
It's probably the only good thing that's come out of school

2 years later i got the one before 1.2
i finally got it to work

(There was actually a thread like this awhile ago, and what you are going to see now is about the exact same thing that I wrote on that thread)
*cue life story*
Well, one day I was milling around on my brother's computer. Then, I saw a cat for an icon.
"Ooh! What's this?" I said as I double-clicked the icon.
When the program came up, the first thought in my head was What the heck is this?
But, I fiddled around with it and looked up tutorials on YouTube, and eventually got the hang of it.
My first project ever, even before I got this account, was called Awesome Ball. It kind of sucked, so I never uploaded it.
Months later, I joined Scratch (That's right, I've been doing the Scratch program a long time before I ever joined the website). Before that, I frequently went on the website and checked out featured projects.
And that is how I came about Scratch.

At my visit to the Boston Museum of Science. I was shown some basics, like the forever blocks, arrow key movement and whatnot.
