what is squeak based off?
I just want to know what squeak is based on.. Like for example..
fluxbb is based on php
Oracle is based on java (or visa-versa)
so what is squeak based off?

Squeak is an implementation of Smalltalk, and runs in its own VM. It's not really "based on" anything, it's a programming language itself (like PHP and Java).
