I would prefer reading this before reading this to be fully informed on the situation.
VERY IMPORTANT - Note that if submitting, plans have changed - I am not resigning, so instead of submitting as president, you will be submitting for co-president, and if you are submitting for editor, you are really submittingn for substitute editor.
If you would like to be a co-president or substitute editor, say so below and why you think you should be co-president or substitute editor, and if you qualify, you might be added to the nomination list.
After that, I'll look over all the submissions and figure out who would be the best in the job they apply for.
CO-PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATIONS -
1. maxdoss
2. scratchlive
3. jslomba
4. gabric
SUBSTITUTIONAL EDITOR NOMINATIONS -
1. ja8eri
2. candlelight
3. JackERY
4. KiraKiraSoul
5. JJROCKER
6. locker99
7. horido6

I would love to run for editor and not be a comic writer or title page artist.
Reasons why I would be good for the job.
1. I got 2nd place in my 4th Grade spelling bee
2. I get high grades in language arts
3. Well... I can't think off a third reason.

I'd like to run for editor please. I think I would be perfect for the job for the following reasons:
1) I love writing, especially non-fiction.
2) Most importantly I can write! I write for my own website, get excellent English grades in school and I had a short story I wrote published a few weeks ago.
3) I'm committed and always meet deadlines

Dear All4one, I would like to be president for "Gamer's Delight". I say this because I was euphoric(filled with joy) when the first issue came out. I loved the idea of an inside-scoop gamer's info section on my favorite website! I am a (relatively) intense gamer and would absolutely LOVELOVELOVE to write articles for a popular newspaper about my favorite thing: GAMING! If you want to get an idea of my gaming, I have/had 20 Plug n' Play games from when I was four, a wii, 2 DS lites, a DSi, A 3DS, A macintosh laptop(not the best for gaming, but i try to get some games), a gameboy, and my most prized possession: A nintendo 64. (PLus, I saw a box with Atari on it in my mom's closet, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Christmas) So I sincerely hope I can help you to keep alive this awesome, creative, and amazing newspaper you have created.
Scratch On!
Sincerely,

Dear All4one, I would love to be the new president of Gamer's Delight. I feel that this magazine has great potential and I will assure you that if I get elected, it will become the most popular. I will make sure a new issue comes out every two weeks, with a deadline for everyone to write their article 2 days before, to make sure I have enough time to make it into a Scratch project. This is an awesome idea, and if I get elected, it will live on.

Thanks.
You can be added to the president's list, just wanted to tell you though in case you didn't know already, that the president doesn't really write anything in the newspaper (unless they have another job involving the newspaper), they kind of just supervise the production of issues, make sure people are meeting their deadlines, and coming up with new jobs to be added to the roster.

To All4one,
Could I run for being one of the substitute editors please! I'd love to help you out with your newspaper; here are the reasons I think I'd suit the job:
1) I have good grammar and spelling
2) I've written several articles for my school newsletter
3) I'm online regularly
4) You can rely on me to meet a deadline and help in any way I can!
I don't mind co-working with another editor if they'd like the role too.
Thanks, KKS ^-^

I would like to be an editor
To start, I have made my own successful magazine/newspaper on Scratch already called Rockers Weekly. I have also taken part in other Scratch newspapers too. I actually wrote a page in a real newspaper a few years ago and I was in it
I also have a lot of experience with Scratch and help out all around. I noticed that the games so far are mostly ones for the 3DS and game systems like that. For me, I am a huge iPod, iPhone and iPad gamer. I know about all the good new apps and have over 200 on my iPod. I could bring a whole new category to the newspaper. I also have good grammar and am sort of a spelling/grammer freak. When people text me, they send messages like "how r u?". With me, I type everything out and make sure everything is spelled correctly and I am using correct grammar. I am probably the most active user on Scratch too!
Thanks,
JJROCKER

Awesome definitely added! Also, you do realize, that there was a change of plans, right? I am actually not resigning as president/editor - so, if you are submitting for president, you are actually submitting for co-president, and if you are submitting for editor, you are actually submitting for substitute editor.
EDIT: If you don't fully understand, I would reccomend looking here.
