Casu Marzu.
It is cheese that has maggots in it which give it a special flavor.

Edit: If you mean food I've eaten before, once I had duck tongues (in China). They're pretty good, but they're a really weird shape and don't have much meat on them (birds have bones in their tongues). I've also had donkey (also in China), but I don't remember what that tasted like.
