Dude, let me just say that I Have two theories:

2.You have the LEAST Knowledge about the forums.

Well, it's called Miscellaneous that's why it's not about scratch. Nearly every forum has their own Misc.

I think he should be allowed to express his opinion on the forum.

But to me trying to get it closed for everyone is crossing the line. If you don't like it, that's fine, and you can express your opinion on it, but don't try and ruin it for everyone else.

He should be able to express his opinion, sure. But he shouldn't be able to decide how much certain topics are worth and have those that he dislikes be disallowed.

Although sometimes Misc. can be annoying, many things you say are extremely overexaggerated. MOST people help each other at times. They can /n and still help someone cheer up or give advice. When have YOU ever helped anyone? Hmm?
