Do you believe in aliens? If not, well I'll be pretty surprised if you still don't after this story... For I remember the day it happened. Well, the third sighting. Of a UFO.
I live in Ireland, and if you look on Wikipedia, we supposedly have had no UFO sightings.
Wrong.
There were THREE UFO sightings in the space of about a week. At least two of the witnesses were very trustworthy; a senior Garda and a pilot. The third, well I'm not so sure; he was a politician. Get my joke, lol? XD Though I'm sure he is not lying, and his sighting is just as real as the other two.
The first sighting was was by the pilot, who saw a flash of lightning. He happened to photograph it and spotted a triangular shaped object above the lightning.
The second sighting by the Garda. He recorded footage of a triangular object beaming a laser beam down towards the ground. It is genuine footage. It was recorded at 10:35 pm. Yup, the time and all :3
The third sighting was by the politician. He rushed inside to get a camera, and observed the object, also triangular shaped, hanging above the sky for about half an hour.
Genuine? All of them definitely are, not a doubt.
Do you now believe in aliens, believe that they are watching over us?
I do

No, I still don't. I'm not saying you made that up, just that it was probably something else.

Err.... yes and no. the word alien can mean anything that is not from earth. so i could say that a rock sample from mars is a alien. see what i mean?

Eh, I still don't believe that aliens are watching over us.
Sorry.

So you're saying we're the only species in the universe?
That's sad.
How is having my own opinion 'sad'?
If they are real, I just don't see how it's possible for:
A. The aliens to go undetected
B. Them to be able to survive on another planet
Again, could you tell me how having an opinion is 'sad'?

Lol, what's that your signature says? Something about cheese being endangered.
I'm not so dumb I didn't notice I have OCD and I often appear bipolar. And I'm often branded "wierd", "maniac", "mad" and "insane". But aliens exist. Goodness sake, I know that do! Lol.

A. They might NOT be prancing about in our arm of the galaxy
B. There is an estimated 53 Earth like planets out in space.
and it's 'sad' because saying we're the only living species in space sounds a little stuck-up to me.

I don't see why it's stuck-up. I was just saying I find it hard to believe that aliens can exist.

Neither do I! Those aliens would be ashes if they were that close to the sun, wouldn't they? Lol

There are supposed to be 3 other Earth-like civilizations in the Universe. There could be other life, but it would be stuff like bugs and germs.
3?! Woot where did you find that out, mind me asking? I'd love to see what sort of bugs (presuming you mean insects) there are on other planets...

@Blackdog There is this "thing" called the Drake Equation. Apparently it says that there is an average of 3 Earth-Like civilizations in the Universe. By "Earth-like" I mean intelligent life. For life to be intelligent, it has to recognize itself in a reflection.

I'm guessing it's not insects, probably bacteria-like creatures, like the first living things on Earth.
