i.e. once again: the stabbing. That shouldn't be taken up with the community, but instead, the parents and such. That stuff needs to stay out and keep out. TBH, if we cleared out all the personal life blogs and such, this forum would clear out much space and leave the topics that are large-scale or related (i.e. the MLP official topic, the MC servers, the stuff like website design) actual space to be there, rather than mixed in the several topics every minute that everyone tends to make about their own life and how it sucks or is great or how they got *something* for *something* or how they messed up or how they won a game or something!

What's wrong with having a separate forum for non-scratch related things? Hello, this is a forum on the internet. Every forum on the internet has an off-topic section which is a part of whatever the heck the forum is about. If you don't like it, stay away from it, it doesn't affect you.

Despite the large amount of moderating effort that it takes, we are keeping the Miscellaneous forum for now. We feel there is some value in having a place where Scratchers can discuss a broad range of non-Scratch related topics; just to "hang out" with others in the Community. It also gives us a place to move all the topics that don't fit well in the other categories.

If you are looking for Scratch-related material, there are many other forums.

There has been some discussion about moving Misc to a separate location, kind of like the TBG forums, but no decision on that has been reached that I know of.

Misc is meant for things that aren't Scratch related. If you don't like the stuff here, don't come on Misc. If Misc got deleted, I'd have literally NO life. The stuff that is truly wrong the mods take care of.
