Allow the Scratch face in forums

I think you should allow the _meow_ picture in forums.

And for any person who says people might spam it, you are incorrect because we already have a bunch of smileys and I don't see anyone spamming those.

A nice pixelated version of it would look lovely! That way, it would blend in with the rest of the smileys/emoticons/whatever you want to call them.

If you would like to see if it works, please use the "preview" option to test it, no need to post the icon without any reason. This also goes for all other images, blocks, smilies, etc. _meow_
