It wouldn't do much then, you'd just fall in and then jump out. Spiderwebs are more like quicksand imo, but quicksand could fall like sand.

I had this mod in 1.5_1 which made it like water but hard to get out of.

I think spider webs are more quicksandy, although they could be sped up a bit.

Okay, so creepers don't burn fine, but creeper explosions are just annoying if the break stuff, and the point of the RPG is a medieval theme, and in medieval times, the didn't have freaking bombs.

Wrong, because I love history, I know that the Chinese invented gunpowder in the 9th century. They used it for fireworks too. Isn't history great? (I lurve it)

Swamps could be dark and mud would work like soulsand where it slows you down, that way they will always have agro mobs in because it's so dark. Maybe there's some sort of mod for this? I'd happily have it.

I saw a really good swamp mod. Forced fog, mobs, everything.

And I've wanted hay blocks so bad for a while now. XD Just like, 9 wheat? Like an iron/gold/diamond block? It would make super pro roofs. Hmm. What block would I make a hay block in my texture pack...

BTW, you couldn't retexture cobweb to look like quicksand, because it's not 4 sides like a regular block ;P It's an X from the top.
