How about not...
I think we should not talk about our problems or nasty stuff... Like I saw a lot of topics about blood and it made me sick to my stomach. So, can we have some type of rule that we don't talk about gross stuff on the Forums? Or we can report it.

It's not as if there's blood all over the computer monitor, it's just a bit of text talking about blood. I don't find that gross.
Also, if you don't like anything blood related, don't read it.

I do agree, but some people like that stuff, so look here for a way to help. 
If you are reading this, please read to the end, because if you don't you won't know what's at the end. Don't just skip to the end though otherwise you won't be able to read the middle, which is most important. Now you must be wondering why you just read all that, the reason is you may have not noticed something, read it again and see if you notice it this time

Gross stuff is one of those things where it's borderline - basically, whether or not it get's removed depends on the content.
If you find something disturbing, just report it and let the admins and moderators decide on whether or not it should be removed. Easy peasy.
