That's weird. But you can probably find it again by going to Start > Windows Explorer (don't confuse with Internet Explorer) and if you remember what you named the project, you can search that name and you can find it. If not, try *.sb (.sb is the extension scratch projects use) and it'll search for all projects on your computer.
I don't know why the project disappeared.
