Loads of times, sometimes when I don't have to see people I will stay up through 2 days and 1 night then go to sleep, it gives me more time to do stuff.

I would dispute that; it depends on the person. I stayed up for at least 70 hours straight last year during finals and the only ill effect I suffered was being absolutely brain-dead.
Not that I recommend doing that, by the way. It's awful. >_<
