Twisted the nozzle on a water fountain.
What's surprising is that, despite numerous people falling for it, no one bothered to fix it.
It made it even better.

Not really a prank I did, but one of my classmates brought to school a metal container with a silver slab sticking out of it, and it was supposed to look like gum in a silver wrapper (It did) and then he asked people if they wanted a piece of gum, and they reached out to grab it, and it shocked them!
