I don't have a Facebook and I don't plan on getting one anytime soon. I wouldn't really have a use for it if I got one, and they do mine your data.

Private data is too mainstream.
Anyways, not getting a Facebook is too mainstream. By definition, that means you have to get one unless you want to lose your hipster license.

It's one thing to discuss Facebook characteristics - I have no problem with that. But asking people to become your fans or facebook friends seems too intrusive. A lot of people put real contact information into their Facebook accounts. I think we're going to have to ask you to stop with this topic, sorry.
