Scratch 2.0 Blog!
What is Scratch 2.0?
Scratch 2.0 is currently being developed. It will be in the internet, meaning it WONT have to be downloaded. It runs on Flash Player, and there'll be LOADS of new features and blocks with it! If you want more information, you can read our Info Article!

I wouldn't agree with your website banner. Scratch isn't programmed in Java, it's programmed in SmallTalk or Squeak. Only the player is Java.

The whole thing on why it’s being released on December 20th makes you seem like a conspiracy theorist. It’s not like they’d go through that entire process just to confuse people.
They said they were aiming for Scratch Day 2012.
