My cat is a KILLER.

Okay... so just now i hear meowing .... so i go look in my closet and TERROR. complete and utter TERROR. My cat was almost strangling another cat. im sure he didn't mean to do it on purpose because my cats are always playing rough. but my 2 cats are like husband and wife and when i ran over to the closet i hear somthing trying to take a deep breath but it couldn't... 0_0 so i ran in i saw teh terror. but i jumped in and saved my poor she cat. she was gasping for air as my he cat fled the scene LOL. i laid her down on my bed and petted her for a liittle bit. but i just think it was rough play because i think they are cuddling in their cat bed now. Phew. Discuss this and other things. [Ps. my boy cat is fat so i think he just sat on her, LOLZ well they are both fat...]

That's how cats play. By jumping on and biting eachother.
You're more likely to hurt yourself than 'saving' your cat by getting in between them.

Was the tomcat biting on the she-cat's scruff of the neck?
If so... I do not think they were fighting.


My cats like to fight, too. They never purposely hurt each-other, although Jay (tomcat) is getting to a certain age where he might- err- fall in love with Lightning (she-cat)... He's been acting strange recently.  sad

That won't stop the toms... I have one who thinks he is both male and female.  Strangely enough...  He looks like a cross *awkward* xD
