I really want to know and will appreciate your help

This belongs in All About Scratch, but anyway, you have to make loads of costumes and then make it flick through them really fast.

Drop the .gif into Scratch the same as you would a normal image. It will add all of the frames of the .gif into the costumes of the sprite. Then just make a script to play through the costumes.

Sometimes the above method works, but be warned, I always found the above method finicky.
Also, use misc for stuff that has nothing to do with Scratch.

It does have to do with Scratch...
