It's probably going to be an Icecast stream hosted on listen2myradio with a website designed and created for the event and linked to on Scratch. All or almost all of the content will be prerecorded.

Hahaha okay. I guess I'll do web design and some coding and you could do some other coding, and we can both work on content? smile
We could also maybe have a page with an input box where someone can request songs and they get added to a MySQL database. That wouldn't be too hard to implement. I'll get back to you (on Hamachi maybe?) when I'm done with the basic design with CSS and stuff, so we can work out the details. Sound good? (It may be next weekend.)
