How do you insert project and/or gallery links...?

For forum posts, you'd do this:

[url]putproject/galleryURLhere[/url]

Or if you mean for comments, all you have to do is copy and paste the URL of the project or gallery into the comment.  smile

yes you would do this but since you're a new scratcher you can't post links

New Scratchers can post links to the Scratch website, just no other website  smile

Yeah, when I was a NS I used to get annoyed when I couldn't post links to the Scratch Wiki.
