Or if you mean for comments, all you have to do is copy and paste the URL of the project or gallery into the comment.

That's because it's a different domain (wiki.scratch.mit.edu instead of scratch.mit.edu).

Yeah, when I was a NS I used to get annoyed when I couldn't post links to the Scratch Wiki.
